We want you to love your new piece of furniture. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please let us know; we will work with you to make it right. Please note that, due to the nature of our materials and handmade products, there might be slight variations and imperfections in some items. We believe that this is one of the wonderful things about owning an item made by hand - every piece is unique..

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase but, if you are not, let us know within seven days and return the item in “as new” condition within 14 days. It must be accompanied by the receipt of purchase to guarantee a refund. We are unable to refund shipping, handling, or insurance charges, except, of course, where we have made an error. The cost of bespoke pieces, made to special order, cannot be refunded unless there is a fault with a product that cannot be rectified.

Items purchased online are covered by the standard returns policy, in line with distance selling regulations.  


Lead Times

Because all item are handmade to order, all product specifications come with an 8 week lead time. We aim to deliver within 14 working days after production.



To provide you with the best and most efficient deliveries, small and medium size parcels are handled by our delivery partner DPD.

Furniture deliveries

Most furniture and large items will be delivered by our expert handlers and fitters.

·       UK Home Delivery service, within M25- £80

·       UK Home Delivery service, outside M25 - £100

·       NI, Isle of Man, Highlands & Islands – from £140

If your item has to be delivered using our team we will liaise with you to find a tailored delivery date and time. We deliver Monday to Saturday and we will deliver to the room of your choice. We will unpack and assemble your item for your inspection and remove all waste packaging. 

If you are satisfied, you will be asked to sign our Proof of Delivery note, to accept the goods. If someone else is accepting delivery on your behalf, please ensure that they are aware of the product details and your criteria for acceptance.

Please note, if your orders cannot be delivered due to access restrictions, you remain liable for 50% of the order value and the full delivery charge. For bespoke orders you will be liable to 100% of the order value.
